We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $6.95.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days within the contiguous United States. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping & taxes are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns
We want you to love your Lulluno crib. If it’s not right for your family, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, contact us at support@lulluno.com with your order number. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every Lulluno crib is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If something isn’t right, email support@lulluno.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement — whichever gets your little one sleeping safely again fastest.
